My name is Sarah…
I’m a Mum of two girls, navigating midlife, juggling work, family, hormones and injuries. In the past I have struggled with my health and vitality and have watched friends and family suffer with diabetes, menopause, cardiovascular issues and dementia. I started to wonder if there was another way.
In Ireland, there is often an acceptance that getting older means slowing down, putting on weight, having less energy, vitality and vigour. I believe that it doesn’t have to be this way, that by taking control of our health, we can feel our best regardless of age. That’s why I trained to become a professional Nutrition and Health Coach. My goal is to help you transform your health through a personalised plan with realistic goals and ongoing support to make the transformation last.
I want to help you feel better. But I can’t do it on my own; I need your input. We do this together.

What I Do…
As a qualified and accredited Nutrition and Health Coach, I help people get healthy and happy through a habits-based approach that’s not about a number on a scale – it’s about feeling your best, regardless of age or genes.
I work with men and women with a particular emphasis on maximising vitality in middle and later life including peri/menopause and post-retirement.
I have worked with and managed teams in the corporate sector for many years helping people achieve their personal and professional goals. I now complement this work with my qualifications and experience as a Nutrition and Health coach, helping clients set and achieve sustainable health goals across the 4 key pillars of nutrition, movement, sleep and stress. Often this can entail making quite simple lifestyle changes that greatly enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My own experiences bring empathy and experience to every client I work with. I believe coaching should be fun and facilitate lasting positive changes for you and your family. Passionate about results, but not hard core, I cut through the noise and promote simple, liveable ways to eat healthy, move, and create new and often quite simple, sustainable habits. See my testimonials for more.
Life can be hard, really hard and there is so much that we can’t control or influence. But there is one thing we can control and it is the single biggest determinant in how you feel – your daily habits.
I work in-person in my tranquil garden room in South Dublin. I also work online and at any outdoor space conducive to a clear mind and movement. I can also be found in a supermarket helping with the weekly food shop!
