Healthdesign Consultation
A 45-minute nutrition and lifestyle consultation: €85
Curious but time pressed? Why not take a starter session to see what it’s all about. After our initial call, I will invite you to complete a health questionnaire and a food diary. I will use this information to explore your case history, including medications, current diet, sleep, stressors and overall lifestyle. I will have analysed these in advance and will have some practical strategies to share. As a team, we will then work together to agree your health goals with simple, sustainable actions.
This is more than just a consultation. We will be digging deep into your current nutrition and lifestyle habits so I can understand your health from a full 360-degree view.
What’s included:
Your food diary and health questionnaire analysis, a 45-minute consultation in-person or online. Practical take aways on nutrition and lifestyle that you can implement straight away, these could include; Shopping Lists, recipes, product links, stress and sleep aids & overall lifestyle recommendations
Healthdesign 6-week or 10-week programme.
Flexible options available
On average, it takes 66 days to break old habits and build new behaviours, but sustainable results are possible in as little as 6 weeks. Work with me and I will be with your personal accountability coach, empowering you to make those changes sustainable. I will be your staunchest ally and sometimes, your toughest critic. I will be realistic and supportive yet alarmingly focussed.
We are human, it’s normal to mess up every now and then, it happens. Building better habits is not an all-or-nothing process, but a gradual one that will transform your life and those around you. Understanding this from the beginning makes it easier to manage your expectations and commit to making small, incremental improvements — rather than pressuring yourself into thinking that you have to do it all at once.
What’s included:
A 6 or 10-week support programme structured just for you. Most people opt for a one-hour session every 2 weeks, but you can choose what works best for you. Follow up plan and summary given after each meeting including practical take aways that you can implement straight away. These could include shopping lists, recipes, product links, stress and sleep aids & overall lifestyle recommendations.
