Health Design Consultation
Consultation with recommendations – a 90 minute nutrition and lifestyle consultation: €195
Following our discovery call, I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and a 2-week food diary. I will use this information as the basis for a detailed investigation of your case history, including medications, current diet, sleep, stressors and overall lifestyle. I will have analysed these before we meet and will have plenty of ideas and proven practical strategies to share. As a team, we will then work together to agree your health goals with simple, sustainable actions.
This is more than just a consultation. We will be digging deep into your current nutrition and lifestyle habits so I can understand your health from a full 360-degree view. Following our consultation, I will then work on further recommendations for you.
What’s included:
This personalised individual package includes your food diary and health questionnaire analysis, consultation, bespoke nutrition and health plan, and a 90 minute consultation, in person, on a call, or online.
10 Week Health Programme
Health Design 66 days (10 weeks) €895 (less the €195 you have paid)
On average, it takes 66 days to break down old habits and build new sustainable behaviours. Work with me and I will be with your accountability coach for 10 weeks. Changing habits is notoriously difficult, but not impossible. I will empower you to make those changes and most importantly make them sustainable. I will be your personal coach, your staunchest ally and your toughest critic. I will be realistic and supportive, yet alarmingly focussed.
Science has shown us that missing one opportunity to perform a behaviour does not materially affect the habit formation process. We are human, it’s ok to mess up every now and then, it happens. Building better habits is not an all-or-nothing process, but a gradual one that will transform your life and those around you. Understanding this from the beginning makes it easier to manage your expectations and commit to making small, incremental improvements — rather than pressuring yourself into thinking that you have to do it all at once.
What’s included:
A 10-week support programme structured just for you. Most people opt for a one hour session every 2 weeks, but this can be adapted for you.
5 x 60 minute consultations
Follow up plan and summary given after each meeting. This could include ; Shopping List, Recipes, Eating Protocols, Product links, Stress and sleep aids & Lifestyle Recommendations
